Jacob demonstrated a warm and welcoming presence when he greeted us. He was well versed in my health concerns of neuropathy, and gave suggestions to help me move more efficiently. I needed a refill of my prescription, and Jacob orShow moredered it. By the time I left the office, I received an email from CVS, saying my prescription would be ready in 2 hrs. Finally, Jacob was able to order a walker with a seat on it, which will help me walk further and longer. This was a productive and helpful meeting.
Crescent Beach Care got me in relatively quickly to address my illness. Jacob was very efficient in diagnosing my problem and determining the best course of action. I had not met Jacob previously and found him to be very friendly Show moreand easy to talk to. The tech who got me started at my visit was also very efficient and especially understanding. Much appreciated.
