We had a tele visit today so that I could get a referral to another Doctor. Dr.Dohogne asked me about my need and I explained my situation to him. He then said that he was going to send the referral and if I needed anything else. Show moreHe sent in a prescription for a refill that I needed. He and the entire team work closely together and they all are fantastic! I highly Reccomend Dr Dohogne and the entire team!!!!!

Awesome as usual. Love coming in to see Jacob. Always very thorough and takes as much time as you need to address your issues and makes sure that you are comfortable with the plan. CBC Practice is outstanding!
Dr Dohonge is smart, thorough, clear, to the point, and he has an amazing amount of helpful knowledge as well as an ability to research issues on his laptop quickly to provide the answers (or considerations) regarding medication choices and such that you need as a patient. You are in good hands with this doctor.
Crescent Beach Health is outstanding. The staff and doctors ha e patience and take the time to answer all questions.
I've aways had good experiences with the personnel at Crescent Beach Care. Everyone is friendly and helpful but very professional. Jacob takes the time to inquire about all aspects of my health and patiently explains a course of action. He doesn't speak to you strictly as doctor/patient but more as person to person.
Prompt check-in; medical assistant efficient and friendly; short waiting time to see physician Physician explained recent bloodwork results and indicated areas needing attention. Physician even listened to comments about my partner, who is also a patient. I could also receive a flu shot while I was there. Even scheduled a future appointment to suit my availability.
Jacob listened to me and answered my questions. He gave sound advice and recommendations on my treatment options. Very pleased with my experience.

I had a virtual visit with Jacob yesterday. It went well and and he gave helpful advice. He also ordered the additional test I would need to a clear diagnosos. It was easy to set up and much easier than coming Into the office!

All of the people in the other side of CRESCENT BEACH CARE, LLC. are very nice and helpful. K. Jacob Dohogne, PA-C was very nice and helpful and immediately sent Precision for a X-ray on my foot. I called Precision today to make an appointment and they immediately scheduled me for today. He listens to me and also gives me good information that I can understand.

A true professional, very knowledgeable about subject matter. Great bedside manner gets right to the point great diagnostics.
Dr. Jacob and staff was great. Only negative is I received a phone call the day before and was told to arrive 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I did but not sure why it was needed. I signed in as soon as I got there and then just sat and waited until my appointment time.
