Coming into the office I was impressed with the decor, the waiting room is very cozy and accommodating. They also offer refreshments. I was greeted with a smile and promptly checked in. Every step of the appointment was professionShow moreal and everything was explained thoroughly. I really liked that I was able to ask questions and get clear feedback on what was best for me. It’s important to feel heard by your doctors/nurses/care technicians and this first visit was an indication that I am in great hands.
Kara and her team at the Decatur Howard Center are incredible! From the moment you walk in, everyone is super friendly and makes you feel like you’re walking in the doors of a friend’s house. The doctors and staff really take theiShow morer time, explaining everything and making sure you understand all your options. You can tell they genuinely care. Dr. Kaylar Greer Howard studied Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia, from where she graduated in 1992. She did an internship in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mountain Area Health Education Center which is part of Memorial Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina.
She also did anesthesia training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee and the Knoxville Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. She also completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Johnson City Medical Center in Johnson City, Tennessee.
She became a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1999 and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the year 2000. More recently she has received a certification from the American Board of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine, which gives her patients the opportunity to access a wealth of information regarding, not only ways to improve their lives, but tools to extend their lives.

Long wait but it was expected before coming so that wasn’t an issue. In conclusion, the experience was so great I loved it. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, gentle and caring.

I have never loved going to the doctor until I went to The Howard Center in Covington, GA. The ambience makes you feel like you’re at the spa. The staff from the front desk to the medical staff make you feel like family. Everyone was warm and friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend The Howard Center to anyone.

Mrs. Katherine Carew is very nice and kind and very knowledgeable about what she is doing! She is a person that listens to your problems and answers to your questions! Also ask a lot questions about your health problems so she can give you the right answers. Mrs Katherine wants to make sure that you know you are at the right place and in good hands. She is very professional and friendly! I always feel welcome and safe every time I go to see her! Mrs Katherine does an amazing job!
