Dr. Crawley grew up in a large family in Metamora, Illinois. She attended Loyola University Chicago for an undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Biology. She then completed medical school at Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and performed her obstetrics and gynecology residency through Midwestern University in Chicago.
Dr. Crawley is a board-certified fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology. She holds membership with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Peoria Medical Society. Dr. Crawley is on staff at OSF St. Francis Hospital, Unity Point Methodist Medical Center, Unity Point Proctor Hospital, and Center for Health Ambulatory Surgery Center. She is active in resident and medical student education with UICOM.
She is happily married with a child and enjoys spending time with her family. Her love for women’s health began at a young age through the example of her grandfather, Dr. Carl Mattioda, who delivered over three generations of children in Streator, Illinois. She has endeavored to reach out to those in need of care through medical missions and serving the underserved as far as Bolivia, Ecuador, and Guatemala.

I had a pleasant experience, Dr Crawley was very attentive and answered my questions, she wasn’t in a hurry, I was nervous but she put me at ease.
All staff is very professional and caring. They explain procedures and results in terms you can understand. I was very impressed by their response when I had an incident at their office. I nicked a varicose vein on my leg and it caused a lot of bleeding. They treated it promptly and stopped the bleeding. I appreciated their care and concern and would highly recommend them.
Was called into the examining room within a reasonable range of my appointment time, then Dr. Crawley was very attentive & interested in my issues and concerns.
