My experience with Dr. Freeland was nothing less than amazing!! She is a great listener and very kind. She makes you feel heard and very welcomed. The assistant Kaitlyn (sorry if I misspelled the name) was awesome as well. The lShow moready and man at the front desk are very kind... everyone I came in contact at this location was very helpful, kind and patient. Dr. Freeland answered every question and/or concern I had and never rushed me. She was very pleasant. My foot procedure went well. She took great care of me on the first visit! I didn't have reschedule for the procedure and she and her assistant walked me through the procedure as the asst prepped me and as Dr. Freeland proceeded. She explained the aftercare perfectly. I was amazed at how kind she was during my visit. It's not every day you get a doctor who doesn't cut you off or make you feel rushed and I appreciate her for that so much. I highly recommend Dr. Katherine Freeland for your podiatrist needs!! Thank you Dr. Freeland and all the staff at Premier!!! You guys are simply beautiful!
I NEVER give 5 star reviews but after six years of superior, personalized care, I cannot give anything less. Dr. Freeland is competent, quick, but attentive to each patient's needs.
Katherine Freeland, DPM, MS, provides compassionate care to patients suffering from foot and ankle ailments at Premier Foot & Ankle in McKinney, Dallas, Frisco, Allen, Mesquite, Celina, Sherman and Plano, Texas.
Dr. Freeland received her undergraduate degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University in College Station. She continued her education by attending Barry University in Miami, graduating magna cum laude with her masters in biomedical science and her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Freeland completed her residency at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville, Texas.
As a board-certified physician by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Freeland is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Bringing foot and ankle treatment to those in need is dear to Dr. Freeland’s heart. She participates in medical mission work in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. When not caring for patients, Dr. Freeland spends time with her family, friends, and attends Aggie football games in College Station.

Dr. Freeland and staff were great. My hope is that the treatment has a positive effect - so far so good. Need to keep stretching. Only negative is initial cost due to my insurance, etc. Many things not covered.

Everyone I encountered during my office visit was helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Freeland was very patient with me and explained my new process several times. It's clear she loves what she does and she turned an unpleasant accident into a positive experience. I am so glad I found them online and will be sure to recommend them to those that ask.

Dr Ilahi is just a great authentic person. It is obvious he knows what is what, but what I appreciated is that he relates to his patients personally. If you call the office with a question, he is the one that answers it. Of course during visits he lets you ask questions, before surgery he sets a relaxed mood and leaves you smiling.
Really great about explaining different options with me. I didn’t feel rushed or forced into one therapy vs. another.
De. Ailahi is very insightful, thorough and efficient. I appreciate his logical, straightforward and empathic approach to patient care. He also has a sense of humor which eases my tension and concerns.
As always Dr Freeman has taken the time to answer my questions regarding my treatment, offered alternative treatment and been proactive in my care.
