Ms. Sewell is a remarkable therapist and human being. She has helped during a most difficult time and help me navigate the complexities to find clarity. She is unlike other therapists in how she provides genuine empathy and helps you to address the root issues. She is an amazing therapist who others should learn from. Katie has been my mental health provider for years. Every time I meet her I feel so at ease. She hears and really listens to me and makes sure I am doing well. I have been under her care and have not relapsed since. I have history with her and it really feels like meeting with a concerned and qualified old friend. She is smart, professional but above all a really nice and caring human. I just love her. And I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a gentle, kind professional.

I would Recommend Katharine Sewell to anyone who needs a reputable psychiatrist who will listen to your needs and work with you on meds. If the meds aren't working then she won't stop until she does. I've followed her to 3 different places since September 2020.

The intake process was seamless and surprisingly easy! Completion and submission of forms was a smooth process which was very refreshing given how cumbersome it has been elsewhere. There was a MINOR glitch during the telehealth visit, but it was remedied quickly and possibly could have been user error :). I was very happy with everything and excited for my next visit which will be in-person.
