Dr Toubi is great. Her office is a hot mess. Most everyone is nice but I’ve been stood up multiple times due to scheduling confusion. I know everyone’s doing their best within a broken healthcare system but my experience was unacceptable.

I’m a new patient of Dr. Toubi. I’ve seen her twice now and must say she is fantastic. She’s very caring, attentive and on point when it comes to women’s issues. I’m 58 and she’s guiding me through the maze of menopause wellness. She’s so informative but has mastered the art of educating her patients. She’s efficient and thorough. She spent time with me - I didn’t feel rushed. Her staff is awesome as well. I’m very happy to have found her.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rebecca Brown for YEARS, she and Dr Peter Weiss were an absolute dream team and they will be missed (shedding a tear), end of an era, wishing them happiness in their retirement. It’s time to pass the torch and my very first appointment, Dr. Karen Toubi has the remarkable ability to make you feel at ease and valued, and her empathetic approach has made all the difference as I enter perimenopause – gulp. The entire office staff also deserves commendation for their friendly and efficient service. The office environment is welcoming, and appointments are always handled with professionalism and RDWHC launching more online options. If you’re looking for an OBGYN who combines medical excellence with heartfelt patient care, look no further!

I am a patient of Dr Toubi, and while I feel that she herself is a very knowledgeable and capable practitioner, my experience with RDWHC has been very disappointing. Here are the main reasons why: - If you try calling the practice to talk to a human, you will NEVER get connected. - If you leave a text message for your doctor, as they instruct you to do in their recording when you call the practice, your doctor will not respond to you. - I am undergoing HRT and had a blood test for hormone levels done almost four weeks ago. I have received no communication from Dr. Toubi about my results despite leaving her a message via the portal and leaving a message with the practice. - I was told that I have a telehealth appointment on a given date/time and received no instructions on how to join the appointment. I left a text message and two voicemails (again, you will NEVER be connected to a human when you call), and received no response leading up to my appointment time. Save your time and energy (and money) and find a practice and practitioner that truly care about you and your health.

After several doctors took no interest in helping me, Dr. Toubi knew what was wrong in 5 minutes. She broke it down for me in easy to understand terms. She seems up on the latest studies and doesn't have an outdated way of thinking. She listens to you and your pain.
I never got the call back for my biopsy test result. Had an appt back in April 2024. I have called many, many times and I sadly still don’t have any result discuss with Dr. Toubi. It is now end of June and I’m just really hoping to know what that result is. She had called briefly and said she needed a second opinion on my biopsy and would discuss the first result then and never got the first result or second opinion on biopsy. She was really nice at my initial appt. Seems very thorough but I don’t know what went wrong that I am not given a result on biopsy done. I am holding out hope that she would reach out soon or at least refer me to someone else that could help me.
