Always attentive and good on giving input.
I am 67 years old and have been seeing psychiatrists. Most of my life. I have had difficulties in the past. Changes in my medication, which included landing me in the hospital, having had two seizures. Dr. Joseph has take in the best of care In sing that this does not happen again, we are close to a medication regime where I have a good sense of well-being and a good quality of life. Thanks to doctor joseph and, blue water counseling. She is the most skilled professional!

Dr. Joseph expressed her concern that I was on the proper medication and that I wasn't taking any that were not necessary. Her consultation made me feel that I was on course with the proper medication and counseling. I completely enjoyed our conversation and comfortable with discussing my issues and current situation.
I feel understood with no judgement which a great feeling for me given the way I was approaching everyday things, I’m constantly given tools to help cope with certain situations that I didn’t have before. Things have definitely gotten better for me in my day to day, I still have hard days and times but they are always there to listen, very much appreciated every time I get off a call
