I am 67 years old and have been seeing psychiatrists. Most of my life. I have had difficulties in the past. Changes in my medication, which included landing me in the hospital, having had two seizures. Dr. Joseph expressed her concern that I was on the proper medication and that I wasn't taking any that were not necessary. Her consultation made me feel that I was on course with the proper medication and counseling. I completely enjoyed our conversation and comfortable with discussing my issues and current situation.
I feel understood with no judgement which a great feeling for me given the way I was approaching everyday things, I’m constantly given tools to help cope with certain situations that I didn’t have before. Things have definitely gotten better for me in my day to day, I still have hard days and times but they are always there to listen, very much appreciated every time I get off a call
