Kara Bresson, PA-C, focuses on providing high-quality care that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual patient. She is passionate about women’s urinary health and specializes in treating and managing overactive bladder, incontinence, and recurrent infections. She also manages a variety of other urological concerns including kidney stones, prostate health, and sexual function.
Kara is originally from South Dakota, where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Sioux Falls. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of South Dakota. During her time in PA school, she developed a strong interest in urology and was able to train with one of the top urology surgeons in South Dakota.
In her spare time, Kara enjoys hiking, volleyball, reading, spending time with family and friends, and exploring the beautiful state she calls home.

Dr Fuentes knew all the details of my Penrose ER visit on the holiday. He had table-top drawings that answered my questions before I asked them. We went over my new catheter removal for next week, my last radiation treatment next week, and the scheduled surgery follow-up appointment already scheduled in 4 months.
