Dr. Kapoor in my opinion is the best Psychiatrist. Most Psychiatrists will talk to you for less than 10 minutes and move on. Dr. Kapoor is completely the opposite. Dr, Kapoor will listen to your concerns. I can’t imagine going anyShow morewhere else. He is truly a gem. Dr. Kapoor’s staff are always helpful They do try to give you an appointment very quickly. You don’t see this kind of service with other Doctors. Dr. Kapoor is the best doctor ever.
Dr. Kalvin Kapoor, psychiatrist, is a very knowledgeable clinician. He has managed my medications well, making changes and minor adjustments along the way to stabilize my Bipolar I Disorder and help keep me functioning optimally iShow moren my daily life. After being dropped unexpectedly by another provide, I found Kalvin Kapoor. He was able to get me in on short noticed (same day I found him) and cares for my treatment.
This was my second visit with Dr K. I like his calm demeanor and chill vibe, I am comfortable talking with him and appreciate that he is always on time, listens to my concerns, and responds to all my questions. Having access to tele -psych has been a life changer for me. Living in a remote area, not only is it hard to get appointments, but also very uncomfortable driving really far away to an office setting only to find out that I do not like it, or that it is not going to be beneficial.

Our visit started on time and felt natural, relaxing, and thorough. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable and was able to explain my situation without being rushed or interrupted. I tend to talk a lot and he listened quietly and responded with understanding. Overall A+. I especially liked that he has flexible appointments and video visits since I live in a rural area finding someone has been challenging.
He was very nice, listened to my issues and he asked questions. I would recommend him to friends and family. Only issue I had was the video call. I was unable to see him

Very easy to talk to. Started as tele visit and I could see him taking in my words . Asked good questions . Then ended up on phone consult lost internet and was even easier to talk to. Felt I had a very workable plan and open to any more time if I wanted. Definetly worthwhile!
