I have been seeing Justene for 15+ years and opted to travel farther to continue with her because she is such a diligent and thorough professional. Justene Mooney, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who brings her patients both dermatologic expertise and a commitment to quality care. Through her work at Dermatology Associates of Central NJ, she is able to serve patients in Union, Old Bridge, Freehold, and neighboring New Jersey cities.
Justene received her master's degree in nursing from Rutgers University. She then went on to serve as both the assistant director of the emergency department at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey, and the assistant director of nursing at Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, New Jersey.
She brings dermatologic expertise and a warm, patient manner to Dermatology Associates of Central NJ. Her knowledge of dermatologic surgery is an asset to both the practice and each patient she sees.
Justene’s medical philosophy is to treat the patient as an individual. She combines that commitment to personalized care with the knowledge of how to medically and surgically treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions. She is trained to treat patients of any age.

Justene Mooney ANP-C did a great job with my first ever skin cancer exam. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

Yes they did a good job it was tough bc when they removed stitches from my lip it was a tough place and they had to numb the area then I was okay
