About Julie Thies, APRN

Julie Thies, APRN, is a trusted Women's Health Nurse Practitioner at Obstetricians & Gynecologists, PC. She partners with women throughout Hastings and Grand Island, Nebraska, to provide comprehensive women's health care services.  

Julie's journey in healthcare began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating with High Distinction from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing. She continued her education by earning a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

In her extensive professional experience, Julie has honed her skills to provide top-notch care. She has experience working as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in various settings, offering a broad spectrum of primary, gynecologic, and obstetric care. Julie has also served as a Clinical Preceptor for physician assistant and nurse practitioner students.

Beyond clinical practice, Julie actively contributes to the medical community. She is affiliated with several professional organizations, including the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

With skills encompassing antenatal care, gynecologic care, contraception management, and much more, Julie is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest quality of care.
