About Julie Gordon

Julie Gordon joined Blue Water Counseling in 2010. Ms. Gordon lived in the Croswell area for 48 years with her husband. Together they raised 4 children and have 9 grandchildren. They also share their home with a 11 year-old Schnauzer, a two-year-old and one-year old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. Ms. Gordon was a stay at home mom until she was 41, and then returned to school to earn her associate degree, bachelors degree, and then a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology (in 2007). While completing her master's degree, Ms. Gordon also became a Certified Advanced Alcohol and other Drug Counselor. Her career up until joining BWC was working in inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation. She still really enjoys working with this population. She also enjoys working with women suffering anxiety and depression or weight issues. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, reading, crafting, photography, and traveling.

Only been going to Julie for a couple weeks now she has been a godsend for myself and my wife she’s patient. She listens, but she’ll also tell you what you need to do to make things better the right person at the time of my life when I needed her the most
