Judith Casey, APRN-BC, is the medical director and co-founder of Cutting Edge Testosterone Therapy LLC in Manchester, New Hampshire. In her role as a board-certified nurse practitioner (NP), Judith provides advanced medical solutions to patients, including anti-aging treatments, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, hormone treatments for women and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
Judith earned her Master of Science at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, becoming an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner specializing in adult care at every stage of life.
Upon earning her board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Judith completed a one-year fellowship. She also earned Botox® certification through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She has years of experience as a primary care provider and a transitional care unit specialist.
As an NP who focuses on the unique needs of adults and geriatric patients, Judith understands the importance of hormone optimization. She’s particularly interested in improving and maximizing the health of both men and women through hormone and peptide therapy.
Judith looks forward to her one-on-one time with each patient, free of binding contracts, so she can help them enjoy peak health and wellness. She is licensed in New England and through-out the United States.

Judy does excellent work, better than some other boutiques I've tried. She can fix any asymmetrical differences if on side of your face has any overdeveloped facial expressions or eye injury as in my case! She really knows facial muscles and doesn't hesitate to look it up in the book if something is off. Can't recommend her enough!

My experience with Cutting has been great. 1 year into TRT and I have improved on multiple levels. Judi and Tom make the process easy. You can feel better mentally and physically, it’s not subtle, you feel noticeably better overall, more confident. It’s not just TRT my other health markers like cholesterol levels are way better now.
All employees were really friendly. The consultation was thorough and focused on my needs and goals, coupled with excellent recommendations for diet and mental health as well. Meds and supplies were readily available and I was able to start my therapy same day!
