Josh was wonderful ! I felt like I was talking to a very capable and caring Dr. He also gave me plenty of time to describe my needs. He was very patient with me and I did not feel rushed at all. I've been a patient here for over a decade, today was the 1st time I've been "seen" by Josh. He made me feel so comfortable. I was allowed to speak w/no interruptions. When he did speak, he paraphrased what I had jShow moreust told him. That gave me affirmation I was heard, which is rare. In conclusion, Josh went over the new Rx I would be taking in detail. I'm pretty sure, I want to only be seen by Josh, sorry everyone else 😊 Thank you, Josh.

We never thought we would find a primary care doctor that actually cares about your health as much as you do definitely highly recommend this location from the staff in the front of the office all the way to back. The SHAW location is my favorite

The staff was friendly upon arrival. After scheduling my same day appointment I called the office to get some more info regarding insurance and she went above and beyond to help me and was able to be seen. Dr. Cypert was caring and helpful. Overall great experience. Also there was little to no wait!
