This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, non-bedside manner place I’ve experienced. As a new patient, I was neglected. Been in pain since Thanksgiving. Dr. Quadri saw me for 10 min a month ago, scheduled an epidural, yet at my appt, I waited 1 hr+ before an NP asked why I was there! Then refused care. The office manager cared more about staff feelings than patient care, then lied about my insurance. I confirmed—no auth was ever requested. They kicked me out! Reporting them ASAP!
