Joey has 6 years of health coaching experience in addition to a Masters in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania and a B.S in Exercise Science from Willamette University. He is Certifried through American College of Sports Medicine Trainer Program. Aside from playing arena football and college football, Joey is also an assistant Professional Football Coach.
Helping patients achieve their highest potential through continual progression is Joey's goal. Watching and assisting in the transformation of a patient is gratifying.
Joey and Farah have together designed a virtual group strength training program whereby clients who are recovering from joint replacements or recent fractures can return to fitness under an observed environment. The group format enables expertise that is otherwise cost prohibitive for most people to attain on an individual or personalized format. Joey is available for individual Postural assessments and Nutrition counseling for our arthritis patients when they seek weight loss or body mechanical re-training to offload mechanical stress.
