When I advised that road construction hampered my ability to receive shipment( (no mail delivery by a few days), your message to me was to pass thatresponsibility to me. It felt like, getting payment was the only concern. After that, "You are on your own" was the sentiment.

I was pleasantly surprised after my visit. Instead of being "one of those" weight loss clinics that just take your money and don't really care about results. Since I have insurance it was suggested we try getting my prescription through the pharmacy for the insurance to pay. After the visit I felt positive and excited to be part of their program.
