Great Experiance in the office. Very friendly! But don't waste your time calling the offisw number. You leave a callback number you head nothing back from them. Even after leaving your phone number 5 times. But there is a perShow moreson to answer the phone during lunch hour. But sadly he knew absolutely nothing about anything except that the office would be open at one o'clock. But at one o'clock you will only get the same thing as before leave us a number and we will get back with you. Let Dr Kim read this because I will be asking if he got to read this!
Dr.Kim has been the best so far. Looking forward to Dr.Kim find out whats going on with my Colon ( upper GI ) as we continue testing. Awaiting Baylor, Scott , and White to contact me for more test.
Joseph Kim, MD, is a dual certified physician in internal medicine and gastroenterology at North Texas Gastroenterology Associates PLLC, a gastroenterology and hepatology practice that has locations in Sherman and McKinney, Texas.
Dr. Kim completed his undergraduate studies at Haverford College, where he majored in Biology. He then went on to study at Temple University School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Kim completed his internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital in 2010 and his gastroenterology fellowship at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in 2013. He underwent an additional year of training in advanced endoscopy under the mentorship of world-renowned endoscopist, Dr. David Carr-Locke, MD, FRCP, FASGE, FACG. Dr. Kim is well-published in gastroenterology literature and has authored two book chapters.
When he is not practicing medicine, he enjoys playing golf, playing guitar, and expanding his culinary repertoire.

The address provided to me was incorrect. I was in Building 1 at BSW McKinney. The directory and goggle maps told me room 2900. I went there and was told Dr Kim was no longer in that suite. I was directed to suite 3300. Noone had any idea where he was in that office. The very nice receptionist in that office tried to find him for me. She was told he moved to building 2. It was already past my appt time and as I have COPD and no wheelchairs were available I missed the appointment. When I call Dr Kim's office it is a Sherman number and tells me no one is at that extension. I will be looking for another Dr. Very poor communication from his office .
