Dr Thompson is the best when it comes to Orthopedic surgery.

They always see my quickly, they work around my insurance company and they take care of my joint pain.
Dr Thompson and his entire staff ar very friendly and accommodating when discussing Procedures and after visit follow up care. Never much of a wait. I would recommend!!

As always enjoyed my visit. The staff was attentive and courteous. Dr Thompson heard my issue and came up with a plan quickly to fix the issue.
I was supposed to see Dr. Thompson for my new patient appointment but instead saw his PA, Brian I believe was his name. I absolutely loved him! He was professional, fun and witty. I saw him on his birthday! The staff were all great. Overall, my experience was excellent. I am a healthcare professional as well, so there are things I automatically look for when I visit new providers. 5 stars hands down!!! Kudos to everyone I interacted with during my visit. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!
Dr. Thompson is a very competent Dr. and is treating both my wife and I. Joint pain, ACL surgeries, ligaments and broken bones........ he has done it all. I would recommend (and have) to friends and family.

Dr. Thompson is very thorough in his explanations. This is my third surgery scheduled with him and he always gives me all of my options, but never pushes me. He gives me time to make my own decision.

Very professional and made my 93 year old mom feel very important which many places disregard because of her age. They were quick and took care of my mom wonderfully.

Not a reflection of Dr Thompson medical skills which are excellent but today I had a 10:15 reservation and did not see the Dr until 11:15. No one came to see me to explain the one hour delay sitting by myself in the examination room.
Absolutely love the detail given to his patients and how he explains in detail the process to achieve your healing.
Dr Thompson is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is going to do and actually listens to the patient. He doesn’t hide anything and gives you options as to how you can live or treat the issue that you are experiencing. I have been under his care before 2012-to currently. I definitely trust his opinion and I know his patient care I give him 5Stars!
Dr. Thompson is a caring, very well qualified and experienced physician, I found him to be a pleasant individual who listens and explains at a level that is understandable. Subsequent follow ups have been on the same level. Dr. Thompson works closely with Methodist Physical Therapy (which is located in the McKinney facility) who are aware of his requirements and work in close liaison with his office.
Dr. Thompson and his staff are very nice and thorough. I never leave with outstanding questions. He doesn't seem to be judgmental, like so many other specialists that I've visited with my husband. I feel very comfortable and appreciate that he, and his staff, make me feel at ease.
Dr. Thompson was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to clearly explain things and address my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. He also wanted to start with the most conservative treatment approach first and go from there, which I really appreciated.
