I usually have a good experience, but yesterday I was literally waiting in the room for an hour and a half!! I thought about getting dressed and walking out. It wouldn’t have been so bad if at least a nurse came in to check on me to give me an update and tell me what’s going on. My legs were falling asleep so I had to pull them up on the table. I was getting tired. I had things to do. I had errands to run. I did not expect to be there from 10:45 to 1:15. I understand that there’s baby emergencies that’s fine. Send a nurse to either update me or reschedule me!
Office staff friendly and helpful. Dr Ricks explained treatment options way too quickly for first time patient. Left the office somewhat confused even asking for clarification.
