I haven't had to see Dr. Hassapis in a few years but I would not hesitate to see him again. I will be needing an appointment soon and am looking forward to consulting him on specific issues. He's the best and I hope he staShow moreys in Coupeville a really long time. We need a great surgeon here!
Dr. Hassapis is easy to talk with. I have found him to be more informative as to causes and the procedure itself than most any other professional I have had surgical experience with.

Excellent care; professional., knowledgeable, accessible.
Dr Hassapis, Explains procedures in detail including sketches of anatomy. He welcomes and answeres all questions. His bedside manner is observant and caring before and after surgery.
Three contacts and care with him were great! 5 stars. My fourth was a check up on one of the previous, and he did’t follow through. I checked back with the office a number of times but nothing ever happened.

I haven’t experienced a doctor like Dr. John Hassipis since the ‘60s who was willing to actually sit down ( not just spit out facts from a spreadsheet on a computer) and personally re-think, review and discuss my medical history with me and plot out a analytical and prophylactic course of action that included testing, treatment, and diagnostic procedures. Dr. John spent 45 minutes to an hour on this discussion, while my physician of record sped through the info in 10 minutes, allowing no time.
Very good reassuring yes I would refer him to my family and friends. However his knock knock jokes ha ha even for this 77 year old woman

Very straight forward and honest. He's willing to take in what he can . And find the next best solution when he's not available.
Dr. John did a navel hernia surgery on me. He subsequently found I had some abdominal irregularities and immediately order a post -op cat scan that caught a problem that probably saved my life. He's a very pleasant person with a keen sense of humor that did an excellent job returning my belly button to it's pre-hernia appearance.

I really appreciate the way Dr. Hassapis took time to thoroughly discuss the procedure. So often, I feel that Healthcare providers treat patients like quotas for dollar signs. That was not the case with Dr. Hassapis.
