About John Grigsby, MPT, Cert MDT

Through one-on-one care with all patients, I focus on actively listening to patient needs and goals to deliver evidence-based solutions with an emphasis on empowering patients through self-management strategies. I am actively involved with other clinicians collecting data and publishing research on what in our assessment process best predicts best outcome and prognosis for back and neck related conditions. We have published 9 studies in peer reviewed journals with other studies currently in review and two international awards for the effect on physical therapy treatment and outcome. With over 19 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions, I have the pleasure of helping those with pain or movement limitations in the spine and extremeties return back to what they love with strategies to keep themselves well and maintain improvement independently.
