My first experience with the doctor’s office was speaking to the nurse/ office manager who helped me navigate the insurance process. He was very thorough In his explanation and empathetic to our needs. In person the nurse/office manager was welcoming and helpful. Dr. Adams listened carefully and addressed our concerns in a very professional manner. I feel very confident in his abilities.
