The doctor seems to be personal and willing to talk and discuss with you. The portal experience is very is almost not usable. Messages go unanswered. Finding information is far from easy. I was not pleased how the staff related to patients.
The meeting with the Doctor was very good, but sitting out in the lobby area over an hour was way way out of line!!!
Dr. Vandersluis is a really great specialist. He listens, provides thoughtful questions, and helps as best he can. I especially appreciate the way he explains things in a way I can easily understand.
