Joanna is amazing. She spent an hour with me my first visit as psych doctor and got all my background information. Above all that, the warmth and comfort you feel. You’re safe to open up to her. You can tell her anything. She’s noShow moret gonna judge at all. She only helps you in whatever form possible. She goes above and beyond for her patients & it shows. She really does care. After purging some of my trauma during first visit. She was able to refer me to a therapist who specializes in certain trauma that I experienced. Anyway you will feel right at home with her. She does psych care & also Primary Care !!!!! Hello everyone , everyone who’s looking for primary care doctor. Look no further. Blood work was done right away. ( I’m healthy yay ) . Now to work on the mental health aspects of life. So now I have a primary care doctor and that’s taken care of. Along with a psych med that I take. So I couldn’t be happier. She can prescribe medicine if she sees fit , just in case you’re wondering. She listens to your concerns and goes from there. All in all. Just super convenient. Super friendly. Super caring. What else could you ask for? If you don’t have a psych doctor or a primary doctor Joanna is the one to go to. Perfect location for anyone in lewes or Rehoboth or any surrounding areas. You’ll be happy you switched doctors or maybe just moved here and need to find a new doctor. You’ll be happy either way. You’re treated as a human being with feelings that are valid. From the beginning. You’re not treated as just another patient or a number or an addict which for me personally means a lot. The stigma with addiction in the medical field is a whole different story & irrelevant here. Joanna treats you like a human being no matter who you are or where you come from or what your past was. I can’t say the same about most other places / doctors I’ve been too at all. With Joanna I can say this happily. She takes the time to get to know you and in turn you feel cared for. I had such a great experience at Beachfront Internal Medicine today!! The office was super clean and inviting, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier—everyone was full of smiles and made me feel so comfortable. The check-inShow more process was quick and easy, and I was taken back almost immediately. I barely had any wait time once I was in the room, which was such a nice surprise. The nurse practitioner Joanna I saw was amazing!! She was so joyful and comforting, which made it easy to talk about my medical history. She really listened and was extremely knowledgeable. She even suggested running some routine blood work as a preventative since she noticed I hadn’t had any done in years—something my previous doctors never mentioned. Scheduling was also a breeze, and I really appreciated the reminder texts leading up to my visit. I’m so glad I found this place—definitely the best healthcare experience I’ve had in a very long time!!

Dr. Robertson, "Joanna" as she prefers to be called is one of the best physicians that are practicing here in the state of Delaware. Beachfront Clinic has the most caring staff that sit and listen to your concerns and explains things so that one can understand fully and comprehend their diagnosis s and instructions on how to deal with any circumstances that arise. It is so nice to finally have a primary care team that I and my husband can fully trust putting our lives in their hands without worries. I surely wish there were more doctors like her here in the state of Delaware with the knowledge and bed side manner that she possesses.

Love Dr. Robertson. A doctor who actually listens. The last tree doctors i had were busy typing on their computers instead of "being" with me. Dr. Robertson isn't like that. She is both my psychiatrist and primary care physician.

Joanna is simply the best . She has literally changed my life. I was recommended to her by my cardiologist who I trust with my life. It is indeed very rare to encounter a person and primary care dr of this quality. She is ALWAYS there for her patients. Cannot say enough great things about her.
As a new patient I was extremely pleased. I had pulled something in lots of pain, the office was able to get me in. The entire staff are awesome and I highly recommend them! I didn't feel like a number, but the care and concern were top notch.
I love the fact that she goes over all of your history and what specialists have said including test results. She takes the time to explain everything and listens to you. Several times I have needed to get a quick test done and she always accommodates me.
