There are many great Drs. in the medical field and Dr. Gray is an outstanding example. If you want a Dr. who will spend more than the 10 minute routine exam and knows that "the one size fits all" protocol used in corporate medicine today doesn't work, then make an appointment with Dr. Gray. He and his staff are extraordinary.
Dr. Gray is dedicated to helping his patients. He listens to you, is knowledgeable and clearly explains things to you. He and his office person follows through with your care, you're not just a number.
Today I was seen by Dr Gray, and I have to talk about him going above & beyond at my visit! The atmosphere was very tranquil and I was seen immediately for my ailment. Most doctors don’t take their time to educate their patients, but I feel as though today not only did he treat me, but he also educated me on the “why’s”, which are very important to me. If you’re in the Billings area and you have an ailment, you should definitely put this clinic at the top of your go-to’s, you won’t regret it!

Needed to see someone close to home as my lower back was absolutely raw. Had to leave work for a solution asap. Dr Gray's office was close and accepted walk ins. Happy to be seen as well as treated same day. Dr Gray took the time to discuss, examine as well as prescribe the appropriate meds. That was all yesterday. Today able to move and stand up straight. Appreciate the caring and empathy he showed. Highly recommended and would absolutely visit again. Consummate professional through and through

Doctor Grey was one of the best doctors I have ever had on a personal level. He made me feel welcome and appreciated his bluntness about my healthcare situation I would recommend him any day of the week. If you’re not feeling well .. Go to him!
This Dr is amazing! He truly listens to your symptoms, your history, and concerns. He takes time to explain things to you, he's very knowledgeable not only with diseases and symptoms but also the medicines. He's common sense smart which is a huge bonus! He took his time during our appointment and I never felt rushed. We just found our new family primary care doctor and we haven't had one of those in many many years! I highly recommend this doctor!

The DR was amazing. Really listens to his patients and explains things easily. You can tell he really cares about his patients and wants to actually get to the bottom of the problem and not just try to cover it up.

Honest open discussion. Took notes to help us both remember what was discussed. I left feeling I was important and he actually cared to provide me the best options. We talked for an hour..amazing! No pills to bandaid a problem he wants to know root cause then work on problem. I feel he is a true dr. not just in it for the money.

I came in for a cough that I’ve had for a week, Aubrey the medical assistant was very helpful .. Dr . Gray , very knowledgeable and checked on the lowest prices for my prescriptions.. the office visit and meds all at good prices .. other walk ins are up to $200 just for a visit ..
His appearance was not all that inspiring, but we were extremely happy with his knowledge and willingness to listen.
