The staff were polite, attentive, and truly maShow morede me feel like they cared about what I had to say. They listened closely and addressed all my concerns with genuine kindness. When I first started my health care at this Practice Dr. Cooper made me feel at ease while battling my recovery from this traumatic Car Accident and what would be my process going forward. I would be referred to my Physical Therapy Treatment At A thorough establishment to me further in this process until my recovery came to my discharge. I thank his whole team of Professionals .

I am in VA on a week vacation to my relative living here in Portsmouth. I had some extremely bad lower back pain flared up the day before I arrived in VA. After my second day here, I couldn’t take the pain so I looked up what urgent care was closest to my relatives home and I came up with TMM and was able to see Dr. Cooper. He and his staff Were extremely professional and very attentive to my issue. I would definitely use this care team again in the future if ever needed. Thanks Dr. Cooper.

Today was my initial visit to Dr. Cooper's office. I was welcomed by professionals at the front desk. My wait to be seen was very short and Mrs. Alice the nurse was informative and made me feel comfortable with her bedside manners and with the insightful medical information she provided. Dr. Cooper was great with his bedside manners and with the medical care he provided. I picked up quickly that Dr. Cooper and his staff are caring and compassionate professionals. Great first visit/experience!
Dr. Cooper is a breath of fresh air when it comes to a professional doctor. Dr. Cooper goes above and beyond when it comes to patient care. He has worked with me during my accident recovery on my rehabilitation. Dr. Cooper has on several occasions resubmitted my paperwork with out the slightest hesitation and I Thank You.
I felt very comfortable here. I felt the doctor was very experienced. He was also able to fix the medicine I was given by the other doctor that was way too strong for me as well as give me a completely different pain medicine that was less strong that helped me. Also, he told me to come back in two weeks and if I need physical therapy the doctor will help me get into a therapist that takes my insurance. I was very satisfied with the doctor as well as the staff they gave me perfectdirections.
