Provider Jimmy Calzado at Guadalupe Psychiatric and Mental Health Services has played a tremendous role and part to my overall mental health stability and well being. I've been under his consistent and continued care since JulShow morey 2021. He always focused on my safety, well being and forward progress. I trust him and all the decisions he makes regarding my psych care without any doubt. And without Provider Calzado's continued and consistent concern I would most definitely be in a much darker place

My only frustration is that I wait for 15 to 20 minutes for the telehealth. I check in 5 minutes early per instructions, but my counselor is always at least 10 minutes late. The care is great, though.
