Jimmy has been an amazing provider. I have been with him for over ten years for medication management, but he has also come to know me and seen when I was falling into episodes even before I did. He was even able to see when my phShow moreysical health was not good while I had all but blocked any changes happening, either due to my Dx or just plain denial. His observation and the way his genuine concern showed thru helped me realize to myself as well that all was not right. You know he cares.

Provider Jimmy Calzado at Guadalupe Psychiatric and Mental Health Services has played a tremendous role and part to my overall mental health stability and well being. I've been under his consistent and continued care since July 2021. He always focused on my safety, well being and forward progress. I trust him and all the decisions he makes regarding my psych care without any doubt. And without Provider Calzado's continued and consistent concern I would most definitely be in a much darker place

My only frustration is that I wait for 15 to 20 minutes for the telehealth. I check in 5 minutes early per instructions, but my counselor is always at least 10 minutes late. The care is great, though.
