I have never loved going to the doctor until I went to The Howard Center in Covington, GA. The ambience makes you feel like you’re at the spa. The staff from the front desk to the medical staff make you feel like family. Everyone Show morewas warm and friendly and inviting. I would definitely recommend The Howard Center to anyone.

Jill Bullard, F.N.P., is an experienced family nurse practitioner on the team at The Howard Center. She primarily sees patients at the practice's location in Moultrie, Georgia.
Jill was born and raised in Moultrie. She received her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton and her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Thomas University in Thomasville. She went on to receive her Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Being a Moultrie native, Jill always wanted to come back to her hometown to be able to serve the family, friends, and women in her community. She loves that she's able to give each of her patients such personal and individualized care. She works very hard to make sure the extra steps are taken to provide the best care possible.
