Dr. Olsen, is deeply compassionate and empathetic in her care of my 88 year old husband with Parkinson’s and sciatica. She possesses a keen sense of humor while generating confidence in her skills and her vast knowledge/experiencShow moree while working with her patients and their family members. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable.the frontend clerk was friendly and take my information.I only waited a few minutes before Toni the nurse called me back.I give her more information.I waited just a few minutes and JeShow moressica the doctor came in.The doctor listened to my problems with interest.she made me feel comfortable talking to her.I was sent for some test and will be back for a course of treatment.a very nice appointment.

Dr Olsen listens to your physical issues and provides excellent medical remedies. The office staff is very professional and service oriented.

It was such a pleasure working with Dr Olsen and her staff: Toni, Dr Olsen's nurse and Rosemay, front desk. I was treated like a person and not a number. Dr Olsen is so knowledgeable and comforting. She explained all my issues ; she put me at ease, not stressed. I cannot say enough about Dr Olsen and her staff.
Dr. Olsen has a very good bedside manner and explains medical concepts and treatment rationale well.

I find that Dr. Olsen and her staff are very efficient and accommodating, and I would recommend this practice to anyone. My only complaint is that there is significant wait time in the waiting room, but that's a small price to pay for getting treated on short notice. Thank you, Dr. Olsen!
