After working as a labor and delivery nurse for 5 years, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a family nurse practitioner focus through Cedarville University.

I just overheard the receptionist talking to another patient who forgot her insurance card, she was told well if there are costs not covered, that’s on you not us! That could have been handled differently and the verbiage should have been worded differently. She was not very friendly. I have been going to this office for over 30 years, there seems to be a lot of staff changes lately
Jessica really took the time to discuss my conditions and options. She was patient and willing to work with what treatments made me comfortable.

Staff is friendly & follows through. I have seen a few of the providers and they have all been great! There’s no rushing through the visit. All of my questions were answered. Any messages I have sent via the portal are usually answered same day.
