Jessica was kind, thorough and engaging with my 13 yo. She made her feel comfortable to share about her feelings and gave us complete autonomy in deciding on medication based on her symptoms.

My 16 year old boy/girl twins both see Jessica for wellness, one doesn't even do medication management. They are very selective about being open with behavioral health providers, however Jessica's immense warmth, empathy and compassion and ability to connect with each of them caused them both to open up with her immediately. As teens, they have a tendency to let what i say go in one ear and out the other. However, when Jessica says it, it resonates and impacts their behavior right away.
I so appreciate the professionalism and genuine concern shown to me. My beliefs are taken into consideration which makes me feel important and that I matter. Trust for me is not easy to do however when I’m treated so well and feel like part of the team it helps and I trust Jessica who takes what I feel as important so the treatment plan has my input instead of just being told what they want me to do.
She listens to you. Easy to talk to. Comfortable with her and her treatment recommendations.
I absolutely recommend Jessica Hurlocker. She listens to you and doesn't make you feel "small" if know what I mean?! She does everything she can do get you in immediately if needed.
Jessica Hurlocker PMHNP is very friendly, supportive, and a great listener. She really knows what to address and what to ask to get you to open up and recognize symptomology. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to help you better understand yourself. I appreciate her considerate explanations of the psychiatric medications, treatments and diagnosis related to symptomology. Highest recommendation, you will not be disappointed.
Wonderful experience. Check-in to delivery of service and post-visit follow up is fantastic. They clearly care about their patients. Not having to run the 27th St medical corridor gauntlet to access this level of quality care is a huge bonus. Jessica and her team are the real deal.
