I have been to every kind of pain and specialist I could find for neck and shoulder pain over the past 10 plus years. Dr Kemilheim is the first doctor who truly listened to what I’ve been through and didn’t automatically blame myShow more age (I will be 78 in January) and basically blow me off that I should just accept the pain. He never told me he knew what was wrong and seemed excited to research and review recent x-rays and MRIs. I’m excited to see him in a week or so to see what he found and if he thinks there is anything I can do to relieve at least part of the pain. I appreciated that he told me up front that he didn’t know what it was but was willing to dig for answers. Even if it turns out there is nothing to be done I’ll at least know he believed and tried his hardest to help. That means so much to me. His staff is very friendly and helpful! Thanks everyone !
Awesome! I was a little early for my 11:00 apt. Was checked in very professionally from a very sweet young lady. I had been seated for two minutes when I was called to the back area. Another young lady asked me several questioShow morens. At first I could not hear her very well, so I told her I was hard of hearing. From then on I could easily understand her. In a very short time the doctor came in and asked me if I had any other spots in my skin. I answered no. He looked at the area he had biopsied before. He asked if I would allow him to freeze the area. He told me how often this area should be checked. I made an appointment. As I was looking at the time-11:00, I was finished before my appointment was due to start! Great service!

Dr. Purser was born in San Antonio, Texas, and raised on a small family ranch in Karnes City, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science in animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Dr. Purser then continued his education at the university, completing his medical degree and graduating valedictorian from his medical school class. He then completed a dermatology residency at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where he was named chief resident in his final year.
Dr. Purser treats hair, skin, and nail diseases with a special interest in general and surgical dermatology. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and various outdoor activities in his free time.

I was a new patient with Dr. Kimelheim. Having just moved here from out of state. He is my kind of Dr. Very,Very knowledgeable, and extremely funny. It was really a joy to meet with him. I could tell right away that he enjoyed what he did. I'm sorry that it was his last day in the office. I wish him the BEST for the future, and hope that any Doctors or interns that he works with realize what a wonderful person they have. Sorry... The office staff at Hill Country are Fantastic also. Dr. Kimelheim is he wonderful rheumatologist with a good sense of humor but yet serious. I would recommend him to my friends and family.
