Overall my visit was great! Greeted warmly, very friendly but I had expected that through phone calls when scheduling my appointment. Dr. Pepin is very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. Very easy to talk to! Would/will recommend to anyone!

DR.PEPIN is the best Dr. I have, he is detailed during the exam and explains your treatment and his suggested course of treatment. I am very thankful to find such a caring Dr.
Dr. Pepin did an excellent job of explaining what the kidneys function is and explained that for my age everything was functioning properly. My wife and did not feel that we were being rushed. He was very laid back and spoke in layman terms that were easy to understaand.

Dr Pepin explained the condition I had and had read my records sent to him he answered all my questions and explained what the next steps in care would be most doctors use the big word no one can understand Dr Pipin explains every detail to you where you can understand I have never had a kidney doctor like him I would recommend Dr Pepin

This was my first visit with Dr. Pepin and it was a positive experience. He seemed very thorough in reviewing different aspects of my current history. He asked me if I had any questions as he went along with various explanations he was giving and was very patient with me. Best of all his office is in Council Bluffs and now I won't have to go to Omaha for great care!
