Years ago my two kids and I started going to SCFM. I and my son used Dr McWilliams and my my daughter saw Ginger. My kids have since moved on to other drs as they have gotten older. I too have moved from the Montgomery area l, buShow moret still drive an hour plus to see Dr. McWilliams. Dr. McWilliams takes time to listen to your problem(s). After a few visits, he knows what to ask. And offer good solutions and to how to help you. He knows me and not only my health issues, but my story. He’s a great Dr. Additionally the others on staff as great as well. Over the yrs I’ve visited with the other Drs or PAs on staff and have received equally good care. They do have a yearly fee to see them, and it’s not covered by insurance, but I find that minimal to the level of care given. And that fee can be filed on your FSA if you use one.
Were very thorough in explaining in detail meds and health needs, sent refills in to my pharmacy asap, just still waiting on the Prednisone to be filled Walmart say they not receive it yet ? So jeep checking back with Walmart Pharmacy but it's weekend now So can't call Dr until Monday meanwhile bad rash still spreading thru my body.

A graduate of Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Dr. McWilliams moved to Midwestern University Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete his doctorate. He studied under the prestigious Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program for his residency.
Before coming to Stone Creek Family Medicine, Dr. McWilliams practiced as a family medicine and urgent care physician in the Woodlands and Huntsville. He provides preventive, chronic, and acute care to patients of all ages.

Dr. McWilliams is kind, attentive, and doesn’t try to ‘med-splain’ you. He provides his diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and prognosis in understandable and reasonable terms. The medical and administrative support staff are also quite pleasant and efficient in their dealings.
