Jeremy Jaffe, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe joined the team in 1996.
Since then, he has gained a reputation as a patient listener and effective communicator while providing a thoughtful, considerate, compassionate and comprehensive approach toward chronic pain management. He enjoys the challenge of first establishing each patient's primary pain generator and then creating an individualized multimodal approach to reduce pain and improve quality of life.
Dr. Jaffe's areas of subspecialty interest include mechanical low back pain and opioid dependence counseling and treatment. Dr. Jaffe is also a registered provider of medical marijuana certification in Pennsylvania. He spent over 20 years helping to train medical students and anesthesia residents in his capacity as Director of Medical Education for United Anesthesia Services-Abington Division. Dr. Jaffe currently serves as Vice President and Director of Human Resources for SEPA Pain Management.
He is a graduate of Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe received his medical school training at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. After completing an internship at Abington Hospital, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where the majority of his subspecialty training was devoted to pain management.
When not helping patients, Dr. Jaffe devotes a great deal of time to charitable causes, including his annual participation as co-chair for Rockin’ Docs for Diabetes Cure. His other interests include drumming, bicycling, playing tennis, and traveling.

Dr. Jaffe listened carefully to my description of the neck pain I suffered for more than six months; explained what treatment I needed and proceeded to set up a clear path to ending my neck pain. What a relief!

I met Dr Jaffe from a recommendation by another one of my Drs. I have concerns about the many areas of pain I'm trying to deal with with various medical conditions. Dr Jaffe made several suggestions on medications to try. He was extremely informative about side affects and other possible issues. My DIL was with me and he addressed her concerns as well. We both left the appointment with so much information that we were able to decide on a path to try now, as well as one for future use. We were THRILLED with the time ND patience Dr Jaffe

Took time to explain everything. Answered all my questions.
I was called back on time to review my issues with the associate working with Dr. Jaffe. The Dr. came in and reviewed my history and current issues to determine the best way to address my pain. I have an appointment in about 2 weeks for an injection - can’t wait. All the staff I encountered was polite and helpful. I considered it a good and productive visit.
I have seen Dr Jaffe prior to this visit and he always takes the time to determine the best solution. This time, having undergone a spinal surgery in August, 2023, my back was not yet strong enough to go thru the rigors of moving and lifting boxes. I have nerve impingement again and he has put me on the appropriate medication to provide relief and a future SI injection Dr Jaffe’s manner is calming and his skill and decision making are impeccable. He is my top choice for pain management.

Not a long wait at all. Doctor and scribe were both attentive and gave me all the time I needed (a lot) with concerns about upcoming procedure to be scheduled. I asked for progress notes and they gave them to me on the spot sinc the scribe was typing while I was discussing everything with the doctor.
