The office staff and Dr. Haynes were incredibly kind. This was my first visit and it’s always a little nerve wracking at a new doctor’s office, but not here. The office is serene and peaceful, and everyone who works there is so welcoming.
Dr. Haynes is provides exceptional therapy and has a genuine concern for his patients. He creates an environment best suited to allow for the free flow of communication. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Haynes was very attentive, caring, and thorough during my intake appointment. I felt that he was truly listening and taking all of my thoughts and concerns into consideration to make recommendations I could feel confident in. Jenna that handles scheduling, etc. is also wonderful to work with. She is clearly knowledgeable about the subject matter (both psychological and insurance-related) and is always able to answer my questions and explain things thoroughly.

A wonderful experience! The patient before me on the way out the door said “he is wonderful”! She was right! Dr. Haynes was warm, caring, friendly, and professional. His presence from the beginning put any anxieties I thought I had to rest. He was easy to talk with and a great listener. He engaged me in the consultation by not just reading a list of questions but through eye contact and a keen ear of hearing me. Thanks Dr. Haynes!!!

I really enjoyed getting to meet Dr. Haynes and look forward to working with him more while we get my condition diagnosed. He really asked good questions that forced me to open up which I don't always do. The office manager was very nice and helpful as well walking me through the processes that will be upcoming.
