Highly recommend. 15/10 In awe of how quickly I was able to schedule a consult, draw labs and get a treatment plan together. All my health concerns were listened to and thoroughly discussed. We came up with a plan to address all of my concerns and I left the office feeling positive and looking forward to feeling "normal" again.
If this scenario sounds familiar, you are in for a wonderful surprise towards meeting your goals to better nutrition, exercise, and a healthy life style of living. Struggling with arthritis, weight gain, knee issues and restless nights is no fun for anyone. At age 62 I joined a health club and participated in their exercise programs 3-4 times a week, diet to no prevail, just to lose a few pounds to later gain them back was such a “downer.” Alturistic is an intervention that really works!
