Jennifer Mumford is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 24 years of varied experience including Emergency Medicine and Family Practice. Originally from the Eastern Shore of Maryland, she moved with her husband to Aiken in 2016 to escape the cold winters.
Jennifer attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Science and Policy. Graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at Towson University/CCBC in Baltimore, Maryland.
I am committed to excellent and compassionate patient care. I have personal experience with chronic neck and back pain, and I know that there are so many options available to effectively relieve pain without dependence on medications.
I enjoy reading, traveling, dancing, and going out to listen to live music and spending time with my rescued cats and dogs.

There are not enough words I can speak on how incredible all of the staff and MY caretaker Jennifer Mumford. I highly suggest them, I also meet with Dr. durrette regularly. This is not a place that is looking to give temporary pain, relief, but a lifestyle and the right components that you can use for help along the way I am excited about having spinal stimulation surgery coming up. I have absolutely no hesitations whatsoever and I am just so grateful for them getting me this far. I have been a patient for probably three years by now and I see them at least every three months. But don’t go looking for pills. You’re not going to get them and they want their patients to get well, not to create new problems.
