I have been seeing Dr. Hoffman for over a year now. She is the most understanding & helpful doctor Ive been to. She really cares & wants to help as much as possible. She is patient. She continues to take the time to explorShow moree every option of help available to give me the help I need, including referring me to other doctors/therapists/resources that could help. Although I am still struggling, she shows no signs of giving up like other doctors have done. Her help has made my life much more bearable.

Connected Health feels both welcoming and safe as soon as one steps over the threshold. Dr.Jennifer Hoffman is the absolute best doctor I've ever had she is very caring. My mother came to one apartment with me. Every appointment I've had since she has always asked how my mother is doing. Dr. Hoffman has always provided the best information with Housing issues and even tried to provide information on job search also. Dr. Hoffman is taking care of my addiction issues and prescribes the best up to date medicine out there. The best addiction recovery doctor in Michigan. Thanks doctor H

Very caring and understanding doctor, that actually listens and cares about your concerns and your opinion and ideas of your own medical treatment. Willing to work with you and takes it into deep consideration on your ideas of what you tell her works for you. Doesn’t make you feel belittled or makes you feel degraded for being a person that struggles with issues with addiction and alcoholism. Treats you with compassion and only wants to give you the medical care that works and makes you happy.

I feel Dr Hoffman is a very kind and caring physician. Not only does she help me with my Pharmaceutical health she provides a great deal of emotional and overall just life support. I'm glad she's in my corner.
This was one of the best medical appointments I’ve experienced. Dr. Hoffman and all the staff that I interacted with were thoughtful, engaged, and I felt my concerns and questions were treated with importance, even though they likely hear these same things multiple times a day from patients. I appreciate walking out of a doctor’s appointment feeling that I’m receiving care from someone who’s both a highly competent medical professional and a kind human.

Jennifer is such an amazing woman! I first came in to her office really needing help & in a very stressful situation, & now I’m feeling absolutely amazing! She goes out of her way to make sure her patients are okay emotionally & physically. I cannot thank her enough!!! I 10/10 recommend her and her staff to anyone I know. This woman saved me .

She just did a surgery on me and was extremely wonderful on explaining to me how she would be doing things on me during surgery. Definitely an awesome bedside manner as well.
