Dr. Bayer and her staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient. Dr. Bayer is not only extremely competent and knowledgeable but she knows how to explain in ways I can understand. Another thing I really like is that she Show moretakes her time not only explaining but answering any questions I might have. Her staff is extremely qualified and efficient. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. bayer. I if I were allowed to rate Dr. Bayer a “10” I would. She is fantastic!!
Dr. Bayer is an exceptional doctor and surgeon. I had total knee replacement surgery in October, 2024. Ten weeks later I am pretty much back to my daily activities like driving and walking including going up and down stairs and Show moredaily errands and housework. As long as the work is put in at physical therapy, recovery time is better than I expected.

Very thorough.
Dr. Bayer is great! I will have to have rotator cuff surgery and she’s been great thru the pre surgery process. She takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns as we both viewed the MRI with her. I trust her and feel she will do an excellent job repairing my shoulder.
I feel she listens to my concerns and allows me to ask questions.
