It verry much feels like a more expensive version of weightwatchers; the weight ins, the support group, selling shakes/bars/soups, etc. Even supervised weight loss meds can be obtained via weightwatchers, the only difference I could see between the two, is that this program provides therapy, which is always helpful. But going to support groups is a from of therapy.
I for one do not think this is the program for me.
