For the first time in a long time they were on point!!! I did not have to wait forever !!! I was also able to get a same day appt which is nearly impossible … Office was empty and the doctors were on time I was able to get in anShow mored out … this is how it should go , not waiting in a room for 45 mins then see a doctor who’s mind is in a million places … not sure if it was a fluke or if i got Lucky but it was awesome !!!! I always see Jeff and he’s very kind and knowledgeable that’s why i like him .. I’ve seen other doctors and they are good as well but i always try and get Jeff when possible ….

He is very compassionate, caring, and most important very professional. as a cardiac nurse myself who has practiced cardiovascular for 40 years I could not have asked for a more resouShow morerceful cardiovascular physician . As the years went by the relationship that developed was phenomenal. I found I could ask him anything medically. He also helped me considerably as I retired from the profession. Naturally, I was sadden to hear he also was going to retire! He put me at ease as I faced cardiac issues. Happy Retirement Dr. Teltzer. Jeff Spindler, APRN, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Jeff sees patients from the AssociatesMD office in Plantation, Florida.
Jeff studied at Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communications. Upon graduation, he attended Florida Atlantic University graduating Magna Cum Laude in the BSN program.
Jeff worked over six years in a Trauma 1 hospital located in Fort Lauderdale, providing acute care to hundreds of patients. One aspect he disliked about nursing was that once the patient was discharged from the hospital, the nurse no longer participated in the plan of care.
So Jeff elected to advance his formal education and pursue a Master’s degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at South University, where he graduated with High Honors. Becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner provided him the opportunity to have a more primary role in the care of his patients.
As a primary care provider, he has been able to deliver quality healthcare to families throughout their life span and health continuum. His plan of care objectives for his patients are based on health promotion and disease prevention.
Having grown up in South Florida, Jeff continues to stay active in many community organizations. During his free time, he plays multiple sports and attends the gym daily. He is an avid sports fan of many Florida teams, including the Florida State Seminoles, the Miami Dolphins, and the Miami Heat.

Dr. Herrera is hands-down the BEST PCP I have ever had. He is knowledgeable, he listens and doesn't talk down to you!
I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to touch base regarding my recent appointment yesterday my call time was 2:45 and I took to the room by 3:30 and when the doctors came was 345, as I felt a bit disappointed with the late timing. I understand that things can get busy, but I was hoping for a more timely experience. I appreciate all that you do and look forward to our next meeting!

Great addition to the practice since Dr. H left. He talks with you as a patient, and he shares his knowledge. As a nurse, I feel good having him as the captain of my medical health. I hope the management of this medical practice supports him.
