This is a very busy office. The phone system is horrible but the front desk staff are great. Very professional and welcoming. The triage nurse is horrible. Aggressive and condescending. You feel like a number and not a human. The Show morePA is fantastic! Great bedside manner. Dr. Chase is knowledgeable and gives great care. I know he is busy jumping from island to island to give care to as many patients as possible. He is efficient and succinct. I feel good about choosing to have surgery on island.
Dr . Chase explained the findings of my MRI in easy to understand language. He answered all my questions in a professional Al manners. I was pleased with the conversation we had regarding my situation.

You don't change when a service works. Reliable help is hard to find on STX. One cannot beat the care provided by Dr. Chase and his support staff on STX. Okay, so I'm bias.

Good customers service, very clean and professional
Staff was friendly & professional. Only negative was that my appt time was 1:40pm & I wasn’t taken back into an exam room until 2:40pm. 1 hour in the waiting room in miserably uncomfortable wooden chair was unbearable. Need to get more comfortable furniture for waiting room. Especially for an Orthopaedic office.

Please provide models or diagrams to demonstrate to the patient about there medical problem for better understanding, especially during the discussions of X-rays, MRI, CT Scan-and etc.
