This was my first visit with Javina. My previous therapist is moving. I couldn’t be happier with Javina and am grateful that Bailey paired me with her. Bailey took the time to discuss and understand my situation before assigning mShow moree to a new therapist. I found Javina to be very friendly and a great listener. I found her to be highly intelligent, articulate, yet down to earth. These traits instilled confidence in her professional abilities while allowing her to remain very approachable. Her guidance was well reasoned and clearly explained. I am very pleased with, and highly recommend, Javina. Also, I want to thank Cathy from the office administration. I had vehicle issues on the way to my appointment. Cathy was awesome in getting my appointment rescheduled and even called me back to check on me. The person that took my vitals was super nice as well (sorry I can’t remember her name). I recommend this practice as it is first rate in all areas based on my experience.
Dr. Javina Driver is literally the GOAT of psychiatric care! Not only did she listen to my concerns about my health issues, she also let me vent!, so that she could truly understand what I’ve been going through for years. She reShow moreevaluated my diagnosis and all failed medications and she really zoned in on the medications that would help me get better and not what was popular. On top of that, she got it right the very first time and my mental health did an entire 360 in less than a month. I am forever indebted to Dr. Driver because she has changed my life around and I am eternally grateful because I’ve been suffering for years. Please don’t lose her! Drs. like her are a rarity. Javina earned her Master of Science in Psychiatry Mental Health Specialty from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science in sociology from Vanderbilt University School of Arts and Sciences.

I have been coming for year seeing doctor pang and I love him but after he left I don't remember the last going young lady that they put me off on but she definitely does not need to me in counciling nor psychology because she call herself changing all my meds on her 1st day meeting me she nor asking questions if they worked or not which I have been fine on them. I went off and told her I never want to see her again and she bet not touch my meds. Buy the young lady I saw this last Friday was very professional she listened and she cares. Keep her and appreciate her please and thank you Ms Driver.
It’s very easy talking to Javina. She shows genuine interest, respect and concern when I meet with her.
Mrs.Driver is a very good counselor and listener. She attentive to what her patients has to say and gives good advise. I feel very comfortable talking with her and the office is a comfortable environment as well. I have experienced great results through counseling with her and getting better each day.

I love my appointments with Javina Driver specifically :) The whole clinic is very comfortable and pleasant to go to, but Javina is especially good at listening and following up, and she is obviously very receptive to your worries and always ready to make adjustments and hear you out. Would recommend to anyone for sure!

After check~in and a brief wait I was called in to see Dr. Pitts who is always waiting with a soft unassuming smile~And always allows me to enter Her office first with her hand guiding me to sit in my choice of seating~Dr. Pitts always waits a moment before entering into a conversation giveing me a chance to talk first If I would like ~She then Asks How have I been Doing and All of the Pych. questions of How She could be of Assistance to me with the same smile as She quietly assesses my demeanor ~ and quietly types on Her screen~Dr.Pitts allows me to talk and speak my emotions or ask questions~If she can answer~She does~If Not She will Say ~ I will have to Look into That and We will get answers or try something different~We will get you comfortable or find a method that works~ I truly Like Dr Pitts and feel very Comfortable talking with her ~ If my Meds do not work~ She will work with me until we find What works for me~
It was pleasant and Ms Pitts was patient with my rambling.
Mrs. Driver is very Attentive, she shows great concern towards my treatment to make sure what I'm prescribed works for me and my mental health. She doesn't rush me through my appointment, she gives me a chance to get out what's bothering me, if anything, and she works with me to make out a stress-free mental plan.
Ms. Driver is an outstanding listener, genuinely interested in the patient’s input and the family’s concerns. She never demonstrated frustration or impatience due to our son’s complicated case. We are so thankful for her diligence in addressing his symptoms due to the side effects of his medications!
