Jason Dunn, DPM, AACFAS is a board qualified residency trained foot and ankle surgeon serving patients at Foot & Ankle Specialists of New Mexico, with locations in Albuquerque, and Rio Rancho New Mexico. Dr. Dunn approaches each patient and their condition uniquely with both conservative and surgical options available.
Dr. Dunn grew up playing competitive sports including tennis and ice hockey in Wisconsin and came to know podiatry due to his own foot injuries over the years. He graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin with a biology major. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Scholl College in North Chicago, Illinois.
Next, he moved to Denver, CO where he completed his rearfoot and forefoot surgical residency program at Eastern Colorado Healthcare System. After his residency, Dr. Dunn moved to Albuquerque where he currently practices with Foot and Ankle Specialists of New Mexico. Dr. Dunn has interest in treating all foot and ankle conditions and has a desire for using the most up to date treatment options available. His clinical interests involve all aspects of foot and ankle surgery

I was informed by Dr Dunn that I have Arthritis shown by X-Rays imaging taken. (Inflammation) I was given information printed out about HALLUX RIGIDUS. Overall I had a great experience.

I had ankle surgeries with a different surgeon and was left with pain and increasing neuropathy. I discovered Dr Dunn and working with him to deal with these issues has been great. He has been a patient as well and shared his empathy for my issues as well as his confidence in the treatments. My only issues are with office staff who failed to follow through for months in ordering a pain relief device he prescribed. I called repeatedly without success.
My first time with Dr Dunn, he was very knowledgeable about my situation with both my feet, I truly recommend him
