I absolutely despise going to healthcare appointments normally, so I'd been putting it off. As soon as I stepped into Janice's office I was immediately put at ease. She was thorough, listened to and addressed my concerns, Show moreand made me feel comfortable the whole visit. She also spent quite a bit of time with me compared to doctors I've had in the past, it was so nice! Will recommend to others. :) Also, I didn't catch the lady at the front desk's name. But she is also great!
I sometimes have my doubts when meeting a new health provider because I don't always seem to feel comfortable speaking with them That was not the case with Janice Talking with felt as if I had known her for a long time and I Show morehad no problem opening up to her ad if I did If I could, idlike to put it out there that she is a great practitioner, person and listener I would give more stars if I could

Dr. Janice Winfrey and front desk receptionist is are kind and helpful. Dr. Winfrey is very thorough to my health concerns and questions. Not once did I feel dumb for asking any questions. She explained everything to me in a manner I can understand. I’m so thankful for everyone there.

Janice was great!! For once I felt heard, she truly listened to me. Thank you Janice, this meant the world to me in times like this.
Dr. Winfrey was kind, generous and very helpful.
Janice is superb. My appointment was excellent, in every way. She addressed all of my issues and more. She was super nice. She helped me out with referrals and lab tests. She and her office are very easy to access. So much easier than interacting with a giant practice where it be very laborious to communicate. Stop searching; you found your PCP.

Janice has been very helpful with any concerns I have health wise. She is so good with my little one. And quick to respond as well. I love how easy going she is. I feel heard with her and apreacte the time she gives to help any way she can.
I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Janice Winfrey! She truly listens without judgment, making it easy to open up about my concerns. She spent nearly an hour with me, which is rare, and she genuinely cared about my well-being. Dr. Winfrey even shared her own experiences, helping me feel understood and not alone. I’m extremely happy with her care and look forward to having her as my new primary doctor!

Janice genuinely cares about her patients and treats everyone with a genuine friendliness that I've never experienced at prior facilities. She is down to earth and truly listens to any concerns you may have. I highly recommend her, especially if like me, you've had a lot of bad experience with "big healthcare".
First off, let me say that I do not give 5 start reviews. This is actually the first time I have. My Primary Care physician is retiring and after 20 years with her I was suddenly looking for a new doctor. As I have a very complicated history and need a doctor that has the requisite knowledge to treat me, the search has been fraught with difficulties. Today I met with Janice Winfrey and was very pleasantly surprised. She is very personable, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and willing to listen.
Janice was very personable and took the time to address my needs. I did not feel rushed and appreciate that .
I really appreciate how accessible the office is, close easy parking, and such a friendly greeting when I got there! The office feels intimate and professional. When in need of medical care, for me, it’s super important to feel heard and I definitely felt heard working with Janice. I’m very happy with my visit and will return!
Just went in for my annual exam yesterday and everything went great! Janice is so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. She explains everything she is doing and I feel like she really listens and wants to help. Highly recommend!!
