About Jana Montgomery, OT

Jana is an Occupational Therapist at Inland Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy with a strong passion for treating women’s health conditions! She obtained her Masters of Occupational Therapy degree from The University of New England in Portland, Maine in 2021. After starting and beginning to raise her own family at a young age, she returned to school as she recognized what an immense passion she had toward women’s health and the progression of a woman's journey from pregnancy, motherhood, and beyond.

She knew that with pelvic floor training combined with her certifications within the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release techniques, she would be able to focus on patients as a whole, to address the root cause of their symptoms. Her goal is to make a positive difference for all of her patients.

Jana is originally from Kansas, and after traveling around the states for several years, found herself settling down in the beautiful mountains and lakes of Idaho. Here, she and her husband are able to raise their two boys (Wyatt 10 and Heath 5), while engaging in all the outdoor activities Idaho has to offer. You can find them paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and camping.
