I have been to several gyn offices looking for the care I received from Jamie. It left me in tears. She was kind and she knew her stuff. I was told that I needed a referral and a small surgery by another office. Jamie fixed the isShow moresue on my first visit. Wonderful service.

Jamie Schwartz is a licensed Physician Assistant from Seattle, Washington. She attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate studies, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jewish Studies. After completing her undergraduate studies, Jamie worked as a nursing assistant in a gynecology practice, where she discovered her passion for women’s healthcare.
Motivated by her newfound passion, Jamie made the decision to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant in New York City. She successfully earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University College of Health Professions in Manhattan.
Following her graduation, Jamie first joined the hematology-oncology team at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center where she gained experience in hospital medicine and acute care. She then transitioned to the Hospital for Special Surgery where she worked as an orthopedic surgery PA, specializing in hip and knee surgical pathology. Jamie has now returned to her roots in women’s health and is excited to be a part of the Elite Gynecology team.

Since my first visit as Dr. McBride's patient, she has always been very compassionate and understanding especially after everything I had gone through with the passing of my parents, the stress of selling my home and moving, and consequently being diagnosed with depression and alopecia. Her innate humanity as well as the fantastic care she has given me especially after she was able to diagnose my endometriosis are what stands out.
I always feel so informed and taken care of under the care of Dr.McBride!

Dr. McBride made me (a patient) sitting on the examination chair feel relaxed and comfortable starting a friendly conversation referring to my mammogram result. Even though I have only been seeing her once a year so far at the time of annual gynecology checkup I always get the impression that Dr. McBride is checking on not only physical but also mental aspect of patient - women - at my age (60s).
Dr. Ahmad caught an infection that 3 previous obgyns were unable to diagnose. She’s very attentive & competent and I feel very lucky to have had the pleasure of being treated by her
