He diagnosed me with bronchitis but gave me an antibiotic for a bacterial infection. He never even listened to my chest or lungs. They also charged me an $85 co-pay, $60 more than it states right on my insurance card. I will never go back to this urgent care.

Receptionist and billing department are not familiar with knowledge of reading insurance cars. I have PPO plan with no co-pay, they still insist that I pay $85 to see the provider. They never connect with my insurance to verify benefits. The provider and nurse was really nice tho.

Great customer service and always super helpful doctors. This is me and my husbands place to go when we are feeling absolutely horrible and don’t want to wait hours in the ER
I am extremely sick with intestinal bacteria, diarrhea 4 days straight, headache , nausea stomach cramps, vomiting, what did the professional say. "Drink water" I ask for antibiotics he says "no" pretty much left to die with a PPO insurance, thanks alot He didn't seemed concerned at all,
Got there early, 1st one in the door, I was there 15 minutes if that long 👍the doctor was very helpful and nice, he gave me antibiotics and dizzy pills, he was great👍🤗
